PAW PAW (WKZO AM/FM) – Van Buren County authorities have announced they have arrested a parole violator who has been a fugitive for the last two weeks.
Anonymous tips were received regarding the suspect’s location, but deputies hadn’t been able to apprehend him.
Sunday night at 11:30, deputies were called to an address in Lawrence Township, and upon arrival, they heard someone running through nearby woods.
A K-9 unit was brought in and found the suspect, who is now lodged in the County Jail on several charges.
