BATTLE CREEK, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — A large police presence at an apartment complex in Battle Creek Thursday morning was connected to the arrest of a man wanted for several felony warrants. Officers arrived at the Annex of Battle Creek apartments on North Ave. at around 10:15 a.m. on reports of a domestic incident.
At the scene, a 25-year-old man was located and taken into custody. Battle Creek police officials say he was taken to the Calhoun County Jail but have not released any other information on the incident, including the name of the suspect. They said he was wanted on charges including assault with intent and several felony charges related to domestic violence.
