DETROIT, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The lawsuit from Republican Secretary of State nominee Kristina Karamo to put Detroit voters and election officials on a different set of rules than the rest of Michigan has been dismissed.
Wayne County Circuit Court Judge Timothy Kenny rejected her request to not count absentee ballots that were not requested in person in Detroit. Kenny wrote “plaintiffs have raised a false flag of election law violations and corruption concerning Detroit’s procedures for the November 8th election” and says his ruling “takes down that flag.”
Karamo filed the lawsuit less than two weeks ago
