KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The Kalamazoo Public Schools district has received what you might call its report card for the last school year, and the results will go public tonight.
Most of the data comes from the Michigan Department of Education including attendance numbers, graduation rates broken down by demographics, scores on state tests and other metrics.
Superintendent Dr. Darrin Slade says it will be one of the most important meetings this year.
He says most of the results are good.
The meeting begins at 7 p.m. at the KPS administration building on Howard.
