KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – A Kalamazoo man will spend the rest of his life in prison without the possibility of parole for the murder of James White Jr. on December 30, 2022.
Twenty-eight-year-old Keyshawn Givhan was sentenced yesterday after being convicted last year of first-degree murder.
White was found with gunshot wounds on North Burdick Street and died at a hospital.
A co-defendant, Jalani Nowling, was also convicted of first-degree murder in the case and was sentenced to life in prison without parole in March 2024.
