COOPER TOWNSHIP, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The Kalamazoo Valley Enforcement Team and Crime Reduction Team served a search warrant last Tuesday at a home in the 5300 block of Clato Street in Cooper Township as they were investigating drug sales.
Officers seized around one-and-a-quarter pounds of methamphetamine, evidence of drug manufacturing and distribution, and several firearms.
They arrested 38-year-old Rebecca Patterson, who has been arraigned in 8th District Court and received a $50,000 cash or surety bond.
They also arrested 32-year-old Cortez Akers, who was issued a personal recognizance bond.
Both are facing several felony charges.
