BURLINGTON TOWNSHIP, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help as they continue to investigate a shots fired incident in Burlington Township last month.
During the early morning hours of June 30, deputies responded to the 9000 block of O Drive South after several shots were fired into an occupied residence. No injuries were reported.
Deputies secured the scene and conducted an investigation with assistance from the Sheriff’s Office Detective Bureau and the Calhoun Area Multi-Jurisdictional Enforcement Team. They say several items of evidence were recovered.
No additional information is being released at this time as the investigation remains ongoing.
