KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Former Intensive Learning Center tutor Allie Figg is facing three charges of third-degree criminal sexual conduct in Kalamazoo.
The 25-year-old was arraigned this week after a 17-year-old told authorities in October that he and Figg had sex at her Oshtemo Township home during spring break in 2025 when he was 16.
She resigned a week after she was suspended April 30th last year and the Kalamazoo Regional Educational Service Agency has cut ties with Beyond Basics, the nonprofit organization she worked for that provided tutoring for the ILC.
Another student told police he and Figg had sex several times, including at a hotel when he was 15.
