BATTLE CREEK, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Calhoun County Prosecutor David Gilbert says no charges are expected to be filed in a deadly crash that killed a one-year-old on August 20th and injured three other people.
Gilbert says the 54-year-old woman who hit the four was working for DoorDash and was not on her phone.
A 30-year-old woman and three girls between one and nine were crossing Capital Avenue at East Burnham Street and were halfway across when the light changed.
