Ramp from northbound US-131 to westbound I-94 closed until mid-September

KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The ramp from northbound US-131 to westbound I-94 in Kalamazoo County is now closed until mid-September at the earliest.

The Michigan Department of Transportation is adding an auxiliary lane on northbound US-131 from I-94 to Stadium Drive.

The work is the next phase of a $13.4 million project.

MDOT says drivers should exit northbound US-131 to eastbound I-94, exit at Oakland Drive, go over the overpass, and turn left to go westbound on I-94.
