DORR TWP., MI (WKZO AM/FM) – A dirt bike rider was hospitalized following a crash with a SUV near Dorr Friday evening.
Allegan County Sheriff’s Deputies and other first responders were dispatched to the intersection of 14th Street and 144th Avenue shortly after 6:00 p.m. That was where the southbound bike apparently went through a stop sign and was hit by the westbound SUV.
The biker was taken to an area hospital with serious injuries, while the driver and a passenger in the SUV were not hurt.
No names or hometowns were revealed, as the incident remains under investigation.
